| Terms and Conditions All show plates are sold subject to your acceptance to the following terms and conditions:
The term 'show plates' shall mean any design and size of plate manufactured specifically on behalf of you, the customer.
The design has been designed using the Autotronics Ltd plate builder pages and ordered either online or offline.
The term 'company' shall mean Autotronics Ltd.
Show plates are designed for show purposes only and are not to be used on the public highway.
Whilst your finished plate will closely resemble the plate shown, the colours and images may differ slightly due to the variances of displays on most computer monitors.
Tints and colours may also look different on yellow plates.
Please ensure you enter the correct information and spaces when compiling your order as we cannot be held responsible for customer errors.
Once an order is received by us, it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
Any plates sold via the show number plates website are sold as show plates (for use at track days, private car cruises and trade shows etc). Show plates are not legal on UK roads.
We are happy to replace any items we supply that are damaged or defective. We may ask you to return any plates damaged in transit so that we can make a claim to Royal mail. Please note Autoshowplates does not issue refunds.
We have an automated ordering system and all orders are confirmed via email. Should you not receive an email then contact us immediately to ensure we have received your order.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail first class. We also offer 'special delivery' for any order made before 12pm and we offer recorded delivery service and post to outside of UK.
All orders received before mid-day are endeavoured to be dispatched the same day but we give no guarantees as it may be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday). Orders are printed as we receive them, therefore any orders placed online or offline cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. If you have not received your plates after fourteen working days, and they have not been returned to us, we will attempt to make a claim against Royal Mail and issue you with new plates once we have confirmation from Royal Mail that the plates are lost.
We will be happy to give a prompt replacement if there is an error made by us or a plate is damaged or defective. We can issue replacements in the style of the original order - we cannot change the design of plates on replacements. However, you must notify and return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within fourteen days of delivery to you. We cannot refund plates if you simply change your mind.
Our secure payment service providers use the latest technology to protect your credit card details and do not release it to any outside organisations.
